Position: GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst

Schedule: Shift 1
Candidates must possess the following:
- 5+ yrs (Senior) experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
- 5+ yrs (Senior) of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
- Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
- Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
- Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
- Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems
- Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
- Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Candidates with the following qualifications in addition to the above will receive elevated consideration:
- Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
- Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
- Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
- Operational experience with vector data.
